While waiting for a taxi from the local supermarket, my driver was finishing off his previous job with an elderly lady. The kindness and compassion he showed her was lovely. She clearly struggled with mobility, but the driver came around helped her out of the Taxi in her own time not rushing her even though his next job was already waiting. He also then went into the store to get a token so he could go and get a trolley for her and told her to wait at the car while he did so, bringing back a trolley & helped to put her handbag on it and put her walking stick inside and made sure she felt able to go before he left her. Despite being the run-up to Christmas and obviously being very busy, he was still patient with her checking that she was okay. Was lovely to witness. Thank you Jaroslaw

We on Saturday booked a taxi from Oswestry to home and the taxi turned up before our pick up time then got us straight to where needed which was great, the price was great not to expensive and the man who took us was very friendly will definitely be using vroom in the future, thank you 😀

Our taxi to Liverpool airport arrived ten minutes early and our driver was friendly and helpful and we had a smooth journey. On our return we walked across to meet the driver and he arrived in a couple of minutes and we had another smooth journey home. We have used this service before and can recommend them.
